Our shipping policy outlines the procedures, timelines, and terms for the transportation of our high jewelry, lab-grown diamonds, and jewelry visualization services.
Our Shipping Methods
We work with leading, reputable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our products. Depending on the destination, available options include express and standard shipping services through trusted global logistics partners. Shipments are insured during transit to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances.The package cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
We offer worldwide shipping to all our clients, with the exception of regions where local import regulations or logistical restrictions prevent delivery. Please contact our customer service team to confirm delivery availability to your specific location.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary based on the order size, destination, and selected shipping method. We will provide free shipping to our customers all over the world ( for orders above USD $ 15000.00). Clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred in their respective countries.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day after payment is received. We will provide a tracking number once the order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
All shipments are carefully packaged to ensure the safe transit of our products. Jewelry items and lab-grown diamonds are securely enclosed in protective packaging. We require signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have.
Returns, Replacements & Refund
At Finegrown Diamonds], we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom jewelry products that meet the exact specifications of our clients.Due to the bespoke nature of our custom jewelry pieces, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy. This policy ensures clarity and understanding for all business transactions involving custom-made products or visualization services. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 to 5 days to arrange a replacement or repair.
The customer will bear one way shipping charges in case of a replacement or repair.
The product will only be consider if it is returned with the original box, certificates and papers. The product’s condition should be the same as when it is received.
The taxes, shipping charges, payment gateway charges, and duties are not refundable.
All sales of custom jewelry are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued, whether for changes of mind, dissatisfaction with design, or any other reason unrelated to manufacturing defects.
Custom jewelry items are uniquely crafted to meet your specific business requirements. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom-made products. Once the jewelry has been delivered, the transaction is considered complete, and returns are not eligible for any reason other than confirmed manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing Defects & Repairs
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and offer repair services only for confirmed manufacturing defects. If you believe your product has a defect related to the manufacturing process, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Our team will assess the defect, and if confirmed, we will repair the item at no additional cost.
Examples of manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to:
- Loose or missing stones due to improper setting.
- Faulty clasps or closures.
- Defective or improperly finished components of the jewelry.
Please note that slight variations in color, size, or appearance that occur due to the handcrafted nature of custom jewelry are not considered defects.
Damages Due to External Factors
We are not responsible for damages that occur after delivery due to external factors such as:
- Mishandling or improper care of the jewelry.
- Exposure to harsh chemicals, moisture, or physical impact.
- Normal wear and tear from usage.
Repairs for damages caused by these external factors are not covered under our policy. Should you require a repair for such damage, we can offer repair services at an additional cost.
Repair Process for Manufacturing Defects
To initiate a repair request for a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team at [contact email or phone number] within 7 days of receipt. You will be required to provide details of the defect along with photographic evidence. Once the defect is verified, we will provide instructions for sending the product back for repair.
All shipping costs related to the return of defective items will be reviewed at the time of repair. After the repair is completed, we will return the item to you at no additional manufacturing charge.
